Los Hierros: every order leaves its mark, and the mark is swapped for meat
A hierro is the branding iron each ranch marks its cattle with. Here it is also what you earn with every order, every friend you bring and every Sunday at the Sunday Corner. We kept the Spanish word: “points” would not tell you where it comes from. Hierros are not discounts. You swap them for pieces that are hard to buy and, at the top level, for a day in the countryside.

Your invitation code appears under My account, “Mis hierros” (in Spanish for now) once your first order is delivered. The friend who uses it gets free delivery on a first order of 60 euros or more, plus ten hierros of welcome. It does not work for yourself.
A Semana de Hierros is our way of not doing discounts: the same meat, at the same price, with double or triple hierros. We announce them on the home page and at the Corner.
The three levels: Añojo, Vaca and Buey
Not invented names: they are the real Spanish age categories of beef, the ones we explain on every product page. Añojo is yearling beef, vaca is the mature cow behind the Spanish chuletón, and buey is the ox, rare and at the top. Your level counts the hierros earned in the last twelve months, not the ones you have spent.

What hierros are swapped for
Gifts, not discounts. The gift travels inside your next order, with no extra delivery charge. Ask for it on WhatsApp or in the order notes, and we deduct the hierros.

Hierros are not money: no cash, no transfers, and they expire twelve months after your last activity (we warn you a month before). The binding rules, in Spanish, are written to be understood.

Questions about hierros
Do I have to register to earn hierros?
No. Hierros are credited to the e-mail address you order with. An account with that same address shows them, with your invitation code and history.
I order from the English pages. Do I still earn hierros?
Yes. Same shop, same basket, so every order counts. Only the “Mis hierros” page and the rules are in Spanish for now.
Do hierros add up with the pre-order discount?
Yes. They are worked out on what you pay for the meat, discount applied, delivery not counted, and credited when the order is delivered.
Why gifts and not discounts?
Because a discount teaches you to wait for the next discount. A gift is one more piece on the table, and that is very much our style.
